How can we adopt this ObamaCare when we, as a nation are so in debt??? I fear we have become a dead beat society and they will surly break the back of the few workers that feeds/houses and soon cares for them.

Yes, you've got that about right. Adding all these extra costs onto the backs of broke consumers will not work, and sooner or later the whole thing will completely collapse.
