How can I loose weight quick?

I'm getting worried about my weight. I'm not fat but I want to loose a couple pounds ASAP !! :) so yea. If you have something that doesn't involve a lot of exercising or any food diet thing. Tell me what I could stop eating and maybe some tips an ticks??? Please. I'm 14. No haters! <3

    without diet & exercise? then there is no other possible way to lose weight healthy or quickly. if you do find a way then you will probably gain the weight back & maybe even gain a few more pounds. lose weight the safe way, it is the only right way.

    Lol just don't eat to much and wake up every morning and do like 30 sit ups, 10 push ups, some bicep stuff, some twists, etc! And don't eat any snacks, unless like fruit or fruit snacks(really low). Also check labels and all that. When i'm a on a diet I do this and I can loose like 5 pounds in a week with still eating and being healthy. I'm like 15 though so its pretty easy cuz I have a low metabolism.

    pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be
