I dont understand how many calories im suppose to eat to lose weight?
I weigh 188 I'm male 22 and 5'7. I wake up at noon everyday and make an eggwhite sandwich on two slices of natures own whole grain bread and drink a glass of 2 percent chocolate milk. Then around four or three I'm eating non a bowl of non buttered popcorn. Then at 7 or six pm I'm eating a chicken breast with mixed veggies or brown rice and a glass of water. Then a couple hours later I run for 30 mins then around midnight I drink a glass of chocolate milk and go to bed. Sometimes ill eat a lean pocket ham and cheese then go to sleep. That's my diet and excercise plan everyday and on weekends ill eat one unhealhy meal for dinner. I'm trying to lose fifty lbs and iive lost ten since I've started this about a week and a half ago. if I continue on this will I see problems with weight loss down the road? Am I creating problems for myself and if so why and how can I fix it?

You have you find out what your BMR is, and base your meals off of that and stretch it to 6 meals a day. If you're only doing 30 mins of cardio I suggest you do it with high intensity because you won't even come near to losing weight as you are if you were doing high intensity cardio.
