Weight watchers or Slimming world?

The costs are very similar, weekly meeting fee and a joining fee (look out for post xmas promotions of free joining fees) Not sure exactly how much it is now, it's been over a year since i left ww.

I've never tried slimming world so can't advise on what it's like. I used weight watchers which i found very easy to follow, the plan is very flexible so it fit's around any lifestyle. Also, ww has a great online resource which is free to members who pay their fees via monthly direct debit (which is actually cheaper than paying weekly meeting fees)

This was my second time using weight watchers to lose the flab with great success. 10 years ago i lost 5 stone in 6 months on the plan which i kept off until i quit smoking 6 years later. I decided to join again and this time around it took me a year to lose 4 stone and get back to my goal.

I can't say Ihave ever even hear of slimming World, but I can tell you that Weight Watchers definitely works. It teaches you how to live health for the rest of your life, being able to eat out and what you want at home with out prepackaged meals or expensive pharmaceuticals or anything unnatural.

weight watchers deffo ! its about a tenner a month or summin. i have a friend and she's lost loaaaaads and i can really tell. i think you should go for it i deffo recommend ! goodluck x
