British to Canadian/American meaning of phrase "can't get arsed"?
Watching the BBC series "Being Human" and Anna tells George, when he asks her and Mitchell for an opinion on his date outfit, "Looks like you can't get arsed..."
What does that phrase mean? Searching it, I've found a million quote with different contexts, which makes it harder to understand (no longer seems like it means "can't get laid.") Can anyone explain in plain, easily transferable English?
