What are some good screamo bands (see the details please)!?!?
What are some good screamo bands? And I mean the ACTUAL definition of screamo.
Screamo does NOT translate to: death metal, black metal, heavy metal in general, hardcore, etc.
If you're answering "Idk if this is screamo or not..." (rest assured) its not screamo. This question is only for those who know what it is.
Some examples are:
The Number 12 Looks Like You (obvious elements of screamo, in the vocals)
iamerror (again the vocals)

Escape the Fate
TDWP
...wow.
Yeah, some post-hardcore is screamo, but not all of it. I love how people are trying to correct my definition like it's wrong.

The Blood Brothers is my favorite. Also check out Melt Banana, The Locust, Xinlisupreme, and Song of Zarathrustra. that's all I can think of off the top of my head. havent listened to that stuff in years!
EDIT: Oh yeah and Saetia is the BOMB!! Also the first band labeled as screamo.
EDIT: got me digging through my music now, one of my other favorites is Camera Obscura. I loved the song "Theory on sex as an artform"
