  • Musical Theatre in University?

    Alright, Yahoo!, let's see what you've got;

    I'm a sixteen-year-old male and music is / has always been my passion.

    I really want to be a performer in the way of Musical Theatre professionally, but I know how hard it is to get into the business, so if / when that doesn't work out, I would love to be a High School Band Director.

    Anyone know of any good schools for majoring in Musical Theatre, (or just Music) at which I could also major in Music Education? Thanks.

    Side note - I am not affiliated with any sort of religion, I do enjoy smaller towns, but I don't mind big cities (I'm from Las Vegas), and I would prefer to live off-campus. ^ - ^

  • Does anyone have any details on the new Broadway Musical "The Beauty"?

    All I know is that Regina Spektor (My favourite Singer EVER) is composing all of the music for The Beauty, set to open on Broadway in the 2011 - 2012 season, and that it is based on The Brothers Grimm's fairy tale 'Briar Rose'...

    Anyone know anything else?
