I'd like some REAL advice about diet and exercise please...?
I need to lose a lot of weight, but due to physical problems in both knees, my hip, and lower back many of the exercises I could do I've been told to avoid. The only solutions I've ever been given by doctors is either a set of very, very expensive chiropractic therapy, or a bunch of similarly expensive diet supplement programs (such as Herbalife).
Unfortunately, although Herbalife sounds great, I just can't afford their insane prices. I have a very, very limited budget. Does anyone know of something REAL that works much in the same way as the Herbalife products, but doesn't cost so much (and are not harmful to your system)?

Ok... after some research on the three people's answers:
@Jaxon: Your answer was yet another expensive supplement that you must use with a very energetic exercise program, not something I can do with my physical inabilities.
@DebC: Becoming an Herbalife distributor is even more expensive than just buying the products. To get my 25% I'll need to sell over $8000 worth of products, and spend almost as much to advertise. This is not an option ith my limited funds.
@MEK: Your blogs simply tell me to exercise, eat right, and drink lots of water. If you had read in my previous description I can't do even the simple exercises because of the disability I have! I do the last two, and have cut down severely, but this is not enough.
Can you folks please give me some REAL advise and not simply tell me about different expensive supplements, or to do exercises I can't do?

Become an Herbalife Wholesale Customer/Distributor & get your products at 25% off. You don't have to distribute the product unless you want to.
OR.....pick up a few customers & get your product from the profit you would receive.

Start to take a well satisfactory multi diet pill. Do no longer make the error of pondering that this may effectively catch up on an appaling vitamin even though, it is only a speedy begin to get a few vitamins and minerals into your frame instead than cack. You could no longer like fruit and veggies however coaching your style isn't unimaginable, just a bit at a time, you do not have to be consuming sprouts through the bucket complete each and every different day. When I grew to become conscious of center sickness going for walks within the loved ones I slowly moved clear of consuming fatty meals and not possess a "chip" pan or frying pan. That was once good over a decade in the past and now I've mad ea complete opposite, I'm no longer very eager on meals swimming in fats in any respect. So it may be performed. Improved wellbeing and look could be a well motivator simply as keeping off untimely demise and center pass operations is a well motivator for me.
