I saw a vibrating weight loss machine on tv, do you know if they work?

it looks like one of those to good to be true contraptions but then again it might work, have you had any experience with them? I don't need to loose any weight but I would like to go down a notch on my belt.

    Dont Belive it.. that method is not so successfull. Vibrating machines can burn calories in very low level .. no use in reducing weight.. after using vibrating machine (my) Hungry Level is getting increased more than other times.. Please Chose Some other methods to Reduce weight.

    At a restaurant split your meal and eat only half meal and take the rest home if the quality is more
