I'm considering breast implants... any advice?

Girl, don't waste your time and money. Breast implants aren't what they are made up to be. The surgery is expensive and dangerous. My friend got implants; she also went up to a C. And you know what? I could tell she had them done, but it didn't make her any prettier, and her confidence wasn't that enhanced. It was kind of a waste of money. Of course it's bad to go too big as well. You always see girls on Dr. 90210 who are all like, "Oh my life is so much better, now that I have big jugs!" but that is a load of crap. No one pays much attention to boobs except some perverted guys. Plus, what no one seems to know is that implants don't last forever. They need to be replaced every decade or so, which I think is a major downfall. If I were you I would find exercises to work your pectoral muscles. It won't make your boobs bigger, but it will make them look perkier. Good Luck!

Go for a D!

I assure you that if you go for it and get a C you will wish you got a bigger pair!

Think about it one size might not even make a difference with a top on!

When you go to the clinic they will put fillets down your bra so you can see what the new size will look like on you and they will advise you, and i bet they will say go for a D otherwise its kind of pointless! And D is not exactly big (well its big but not the slightest bit abnormal if you know what i mean lol)

You might aswell get your monies worth! lol

I think you have to make a decision whether you are going to have more babies or not, first. ....aaaand theeennn make the decision to have breast implants. I dont see anything wrong with that. If I had the guts and need one, I'd go for it after I have all my babies!... Currently I am a 36C and happy with them!

I'd say go for it! C sounds perfect. Just make sure you're done having kids first. They're too expensive to have fixed after kids. I'm jealous. Have fun!

If you want to perk them up you might want to just have them reshaped. i would say no to implants. It may be an easy operation but there can always be complications. Because they get larger with milk production your skin will stretch but may not come back to original shape. I would talk to a doctor about reshaping more than with getting bigger. I also like previous comments about thinking about the next child as well.

My advice: Don't do it. You don't know what kind of problems can arise after your operation and then you'll regret being operated
