i just found out about this. http://www.zamzar.com/ click on url. then enter the url of the video. the url is on the right of the video. they will email the converted video. you can make the format of the video, .mov, ipod format, or many more. they e-mail it in less than a day.

the first guys got the site. use that site to download the video and convert it using a converter from download.com. type in flv (i think) converter
