I have recently started weight-lifting. I also play a lot of basketball. I've been doing weights on one day, then playing basketball the next, then back to weights the next day. The thing is, sometimes I play basketball for 2 or 3 hours, and I feel like I'm losing the progress I have made in weight training, particularly in my pecs.

Does playing ball for long periods of time have a negative effect on muscle growth?

Also, I've been told that eating more may help, though I have a small stomach and am fairly skinny and don't enjoy stuffing myself.

Maybe protein shakes?

What can I do to continue muscle growth yet still be able to play ball for long periods of time without shrinking or stopping the growth of my muscles?

We are both under 21, so no bars, and we're not so into clubs. We've already gone to the pier, 3rd street, seen the la night views from the hollywood hills, and gone bowling. Obviously we've also seen movies. Anything cool to see/do? We went to the griffith observatory once to see a light show but we couldnt find parking and it was very hectic. I don't know how often Canon updates or replaces its products, but will a T1i successor come out anytime soon? I always like having the newest technology, and it would be a shame to spend so much on a camera only to have it be outdated in a few months. Should i buy a T1i now or wait? Thanks!

I'm a guy with medium length hair. By the end of the day it droops and shines because of oil. Is there anything i can do to fix this? Right after a shower its awesome- light and fluffy. At the end of a long day, it becomes oily, sticky, and shiny. What can i do to fix this? Is there a certain shampoo i should use? I use Suave 2-in-1 shampoo+conditioner for men (everyday, because otherwise my hair will be even worse). Could this be the problem?

all my basketballs wear off after a few weeks. i have bought a spalding never flat and a 2 wilson ncaa reaction balls, all of which are now totally worn down. whats a good ball that has a great grip and that will keep it after lots of serious use? an indoor/outdoor ball is preferable, so that i have the option of playing inside, but if i need an outdoor ball for my needs than thats what ill get. thanks a bunch

my fan constantly runs, and its a little bit annoying. there is an option -fan always on - yes or no. does off mean that the fan will turn off for good, or only when not needed? should i change this setting to off? thanks

my son is 16, and he has an unusually high, crackly voice. it has been this way for many years. he is not just a kid with a high voice, but there is clearly something wrong. he told me that he discovered that he could somehow talk in a low, normal sounding voice. he did, and it wasn't a variation of his high voice. it was clearly a totally different voice. we have seen doctors about his high voice, one. my son is very embarrassed about it, and he won't just start using the low one. have you ever heard of such a thing? what should i do about it? thank you so much

i had an old computer, and i took out its hard drive, bought an external case, and use it as an external drive. i tried deleting everything that i could, but the windows files and program files are protected. i am an administrator. how do i delete these files? i need to free up space on the drive.
