Dr. Bernstein B12?
Does anyone know what the dosage of the B-12/B-6 shots on the Dr. B. diet is? Or even what a normal dosage for medical use would be?

B12 is a supplement. It has no real use unless you have low levels of B12 such as those seen in certain kinds of stomach disorders, malnutrion, and alcoholics. Don't know Dr. B's diet, but B12 has been used for years a a placebo diet treatment. Thousands of overweight adults have likely paid millions of dollars for B12 shots and there is simply no scientific evidence that this works.
