Hi, I would like to know about what to do in the gym. Im on school vacation now and this is for 3 months. So i have all the time i need to go to the gym. I want to loose a few pounds, but at the same time gain muscle... What should i do..?

Some people told me to keep my HR in 136 for fat burn and 166 for cardio... But should i use that or what..? by the way, im 15, weigh 120lb and am like 67in.

my BMI is 19kg/m2... so what should i do to gain muscle and burn a little fat.

How do I create a lan network? Do I use a switch or a router (i heard the router divides the IP so more computers use the connection) However if there is a simple way tio connect 3 pcs to a 2 pc connection pls tell me!! So... what do i buy etc.

And how do you create a network once you have everything? by the way, one pc is vista and the other xp.

The main thing is to connect in a cheaper way the 2 pc´s to play in a lan network etc. The ther pc is opcional.

Help. I need to create a lan network!. I have a two computer internet conection. The one exit of the modem is to a usb port and the other to a ethernet cable. I want to use the ethernet cable to connect it to a lan network and to 2 pc´s. I use a switch or router (or what)? to connect 2 computers in a lan network to be able to play games.. etc. The first computer (the one with the usb connectio) has a free ethernet port and windows vista. I want to connect it to a windows xp computer (that uses the ethernet connection) and a laptop (ethernet also).

The main question is: how do i create a home lan network. do i buy a switch or a router (none of the 3 pc´s have wifi but i heard it divides the IP so more computers can use the connection) however it is not necessary. So pls help me with how do i create it, with what etc.
