Workout plan??
Hi, im 15 and i wolud like a workout or routine to do in the gym... Im actually in one, just that i dont think my excersices are ok. Form now on, i can go for about 4 days a week. Could you please tell me what to do? i want to loose my gut and gain muscle... Tell me everything... in cardio... how long, at what speed etc... How to increase my metabolism etc... thanks

elliptical for 35 minutes every other day. keep your heart rate at 175 for 30 min. weights every other day ..all the machines. you should be able to only do 10 reps. then your muscles should get tired out. you'll feel it.good luck

Eat 4-5 small healthy meals a day, and don't eat after 8pm. Get a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio a day. Work arm and back 2X per week, Work Abs and Pecks 2X per week. You will be carved out of wood.

ok what you can do is NO SUGAR OR FATTENING FOODS. thats a big thing on this you never eat fatty foods (or just very little)
workout by doing crunches and all that
