It's gone from the CompTIA website and was wondering if it had been replaced with something else or retired altogether.

  • Is craigslist selling our e-mail addys?

I own a domain and set up a new e-mail address whenever I post to craigslist. I only use these address for the craigslist posting and never communicate with anyone using them.

In the last month or so I have been getting tons of junk mail to these addresses. Has this been happening to anyone else?

Also, in the last few weeks craigslist has started requiring telephone verification to post any ads. It seems the junk mail started right around the same time. Coincidence?

  • Legal to charge more for net-90?

    Example:

Company A sells customizable Widgets so there is no fixed price. Company B contacts Company A with Widget specifications. Company A offers a proposal with X% due at contract, balance on delivery. Company B provides changes to specifications and requests net-90 terms.

Company A revises the quote based on the new specifications and also offers "tiered" payment options with X% due at contract and one price for net-0 and a 15% higher price for net-90.

Is this a legal offer? What of Company A calls it a discount for paying early?
