How do we reduce the working woman's workload?

Working women woes... have to work in office and home too. Can't ignore the kid and family, but financial independence is important too. Not to forget career growth and job satisfaction.

What's the best way to balance all these?

Have dad fill in the gaps. Do the grocery shopping on the way home from work, wash the clothes at home. These things are relatively easy and straight forward and each one the husband takes care of the wife doesn't have have to worry about.

The feminist solution since the 1970's has been for men to do more housework. Of course, these same feminists rebelled against men telling women to do housework. Funny how that works.

My solution is for women to stay at home. They not only have more free time, but they have less stress in their lives.

My wife hasn’t worked in 25 years.  We agreed she’d go back to work when the kids were out of the house, but she refuses.   She’s essentially retired long before me, and has more money to spend than I do, so I really don’t get your point.   Women have way more ability to reduce their workload than men do.

Easy, they could stay at home doing domestic thingys, Their protectors could supply domestic workers so they could bathe in leisure.

"How do we reduce the working woman's workload?"

"We" don't have to do anything.  Women themselves can freely decide on their workload.  Single men and women have whatever workload they decide to take on for themselves.  Why should we concentrate on fully equal working women?  Do they lack the fortitude or spine that equal working men have?  Is it necessary to treat women  like children in comparison to men??

Women that choose to be mothers in a relationship with their husbands can make their own arrangements with their own partners in private, while nobody else ... especially some dogmatic group advocates like feminists, has any business speaking to.

Women already work far fewer hours per week than men, yet women spend more than men do.   Many women prefer getting money from their husband over going out and earning more.  Can't say I blame them.
