Rashida Tlaib says that all police are inherently racist? What should we say all Blacks are Criminals? Should we make general statements?

Who are you talking to?  Are perhaps you are not from America?  That general statement has been made about black people since time began.  Where have you been?  Acting as though that would be a new position or generalization.  

All people are racist. I think part of the problem for conservatives in discussing this is that a lot of them believe that racism is a binary State. Either you are racist or you're not racist. In reality, racism is a spectrum. Includes everything from incredibly virulent white supremacists who will engage in extremely hate-filled violent attacks on minorities to people who just told biased opinions. Individual police officers may run the entire gamut of these options. But the reality is that everyone has bias within them and particularly racial bias. Even black people are not immune to anti-black Prejudice. You can just look at something like colorism within the black community where there is often a preference for lighter skinned people. So racism is really deeply ingrained in American society. And that doesn't mean that every person, or every cop, is some sort of cross burning klansman. It means that they have racial bias the problem with police is that they are armed and authorized by the state to engage in violence against other citizens. This means that their bias can have extremely negative impacts on individuals who they interact with.

Many police men/women are racists. They must be removed from force. Resign or be fired. 

Well...she's got an agenda.

She wouldn't do anything about them though..Socialist like to publicly condemn Law Enforcement and Military but when it comes down to it they need their goon squad more than a "normal" government.

Saying all police are racists, amounts to saying all criminals are non-white. 

More whites are killed by cops than Blacks are. We don't see that on TV because it does not cause uprisings. 

Plus it does not promote racial division which is what Liberals and their media sources want to do.

Mistakes are made. Who would want to be a cop (specially today). 

How else do we keep our communities safe? Will criminals be nice if there are no cops? Ever heard of Al Capone?

How about people quit commiting crimes and fighting/running from police
