Presidents George Washington and Abraham Lincoln never told a lie in their entire lives. Why couldn’t Trump do the same ?
Trump lied about so many things. He lied about everything.

Mark Twain said he was a better man than GW. "George Washington could not tell a lie. I can, but choose not to."

Oh, they lied, but not NEARLY as much as Dear Former Leader. He reminds me of the Kiristin Wiig character when she was on SNL: that woman who was constantly lying to "upgrade" her position, but she just managed to piss people off.
@ Anon: Oh, sweet Vuvu. That was a story made up DECADES after he died. What cherry tree is there to chop down and the beginning of psychosis. Do you also think G.W. Carver invented peanut butter?

False, Washington is famous for his cherry tree lie.

True! Trump is a liar, comes way too natural for him. As far as G.W. & A. L. is concerned, I don't think that can be true, Sometime in one's life, it happens, it'a human nature, whether you are sparing someone's feelings, or inflating your wealth or importance, etc....It's going to happen.

Do you think Abraham Lincoln told the people he refused to remove the men in Fort Sumpter against his advisors advice or that he wasn't working with the south in good faith to come up with a deal on the south leaving the nation? Hint: He didn't.
