How to form a llc in a state I'm moving to?

I'm going to be moving to Florida in a few months. Can I register a llc in that state without having a address there or do I have to wait till I move. Thanks

    Go to www.sunbiz.org and follow directions to form an LLC.  You'll have to have a Florida address but the LLC can be formed in a matter of hours.

    You have to be a permanent resident to get a drivers license in any state.
