Do you think there should be a new rule against woman accusing guys ?
This has nothing to do with genders but I highly think there should be a rule accusing a guy he can lose his job without prove most of those accused are either from there ex girl friend who is jealous of there successful career so she will do anything to stop it some are just haters like if you are famous you will get accuse for no reason. I think this is getting out of control there need to be a new rule to arrest these girls for falls information because thats his job that he may never ever get back.

I think that if the accusation is found to be false that the girl should spend the equal amount of time in prison that the guy would have HAD it been true.

What about guys who make false accusations against women either due to personal rejection of their advances, resentment against them for being more successful than they are, or for other reasons? Those things happen, too.

Failure to register the accusation is tacit approval. All she has to do is be honest about what happened. After that, the possible complications are too numerous to itemize.

It happened to me. I call them "dial a pizza" accusers because they do it as casually as phoning up for a pizza.
They shud, at the very least, attend a rape awareness course alongside rapists to understand what a deeply serious accusation they have made.

If the girl falsely accuses the man she should go to jail for time equalling that of a convicted rapist, but genuine women should not be discouraged from reporting rapists to the police.

I think there should be repercussions. An employee of mine was thrown in jail because his daughter was mad at him because he would not let her run with a gang-banger. He was in there for two weeks. She said she was sorry.
