ISO 14001 Certification In Egypt?

It would be very difficult to achieve! In Egypt and in other third world environments you have education and culture as the main barriers. A lot of uneducated workers get the notion that they can do things better than what they are being instructed. With that mentality, it is difficult to get everyone on board to restrain themselves to follow a set guideline and process! It is enough to make a quality control person want to bang their head against the wall! I have traveled and worked overseas and have seen it firsthand!

It would not, however, be impossible to achieve the ISO 14001 cert in Egypt (or in any other Third World Country), but it will be a long road with many difficult and cultural barriers!
