Why is it that during the ENTIRE history of the USA the Democrat Party, since its founding, has always taken actions that keep Black ?

Because it worked for them. Even under president LBJ, the former KKK member, He went along with what he could not stop, calling his black driver "nggr" until the day he died, he knew he was just schmoozing blacks, the Democrats now use black people to betray their own people. I see promise because lately the blacks are gaining in their support for Trump. And I'm correct in saying so. I don't think much of the Republican party, but Trump is the one they fear most because he is undoing years of Democrats race-baiting.
