If the NRA is responsible for mass shootings, then is Pepsi responsible for drunk driving accidents?

No ... That's an apples & oranges argument. Because, the NRA promotes the sale of guns whereas Pepsi doesn't support the sale of liquor.

NRA is part of the problem, But just one part amongst many of the causes.
Same as Pepsi is part of the problem of the marketing of sugary drinks that are causing an increase in type 2 diabetes.

I would have gone with COKE since it still uses denatured cocaine to favor its soft drinks. No, organizations established to recruit and train law-abiding gun owners are NOT responsible for a single mass shooting EVER. Just like soft drink companies offering people public alternatives to hard liquor are NOT responsible for drunk driving deaths.

Query those who want to destroy the NRA with lawsuits if they also are in favor of doing the same with Cannabis purveyors and advocacy groups as well.
Note the difference.

No but bars or restaurants that sell drinks to intoxicated people can be prosecuted.

No democrat has ever investigated planned parenthood. 98% of all monies planned parenthood donates goes to democrats.
Hmmm.....
The NRA does not sell firearms. There is ample reason to investigate planned parenthood.
