Are EU Countries allowing people for other EU Countries?

I am an EU citizen currently living in the UK. Are EU countries allowing citizens from other EU countries in at the moment?

    Well IF they were actually EU people going to other EU countries I don't see a problem BUT that is NOT what is actually happening Proxy Populations being used by by each EU country to undermine other EU countries so it's may be time to cut the cord since it's also happening here...

    I didn't know there was such term as "EU Citizen." I thought people were citizens of their birth country and had EU privileges.
