Why am I getting pain from a wrist break 9 years ago?
9 years ago I broke my wrist and it healed in 6 months or so. So far this year I'm getting pain in the same spot from just rotating my wrist towards myself. I also can't really do push ups or yoga because it hurts while doing it.

while some breaks may heal, changes in air pressure can cause pain-
I've broken so many bones, I always know when it's going to rain, when all my fractured bones start hurting.

See your doctor. It shouldn't be hurting physically. Injuries often have phantom pains, but nor usage pains.

The third common form of wrist arthritis is called Post Traumatic Arthritis. Generally, this type of arthritis may develop in the months to years following a fracture or other severe injury in the wrist. The patient does not remember the injury event if it occurred years earlier.
