I keep hearing very low buzzing in right ear, and inconsistent tapping in left, whats going on?

No pain or anything, I get headaches/eye strain almost every day, idk if thats related but yea

    You could have an ear infection. Going to the doctor will determine this. Additionally, if you experience this frequently, consider temporarily reducing your intake of dairy and wheat and see if this helps. Some people are sensitive to certain foods, which can cause inflammation or fluid build-up in the ears. Some may also experience headaches. 

    Consult with your doctor for this episode. You also may have a build-up of ear wax, pressing on the ear drums.

    It sounds like you have tinnitus, which is a persistent noise in the ears. It's incurable but there are ways to reduce it. Most people who have it learn to live with it and ignore it.
