"Told my sis there's a daddy long legs downstairs & she goes: "take care of it". So I come back 5 mins later like "I took care of it" #swerve"
What does 'swerve' mean here? Also, what does 'I took care of it mean' here?

"take care of it" -- eliminate it by putting it outside or killing it.
#swerve -- s/he took care of it by avoiding it.
