Probably, yes.  Poisoning now looks like the most likely cause of death.  “We are awaiting toxicology results."  There are a number of suspects being sought.

ken -   In my humble opinion, Sicknick WAS bludgeoned with a fire extinguisher, but, this did not immediately kill him.   Which in turn, caused his blood clot in his brain.   Which in turn, led to his stroke.....  

Ironically, Sicknick was a brainwashed trumpster in his spare time.
