I could only find one recent review and it was not good.

I find 3 older reviews and they were not good.

Problem is most happy tenants don't write reviews.

They aren't inexpensive so they should be well taken care of but it doesn't sound like that.  If you haven't signed a lease, i would plan to move into a extended stay hotel and check the place in person before signing a lease.

I laughed at their ad "close to beaches & ucla" - sure if you are driving in the middle of the night it's only 20-25minutes.  A rainy day in December = ha ha ha ha...

I found out with a simple Google search that there are 19 two bedroom apts in the specific complex you are looking at.  Let’s say there are 4 adults currently living in every single unit.  There are also 7.8 billion adults living in the world.  The chances of finding someone on this site who currently lives there or knows anything about them is 19/780,000,000,000.  Or somewhere around 0.00000000974%.  And then you would have to trust a random stranger.

This is an international site. Slim to nil chance of finding anyone that knows that specific apartment complex.  You can google just as well as we can.

Check www.apartments.com and www.rent.com and search by city.  They sometimes have a rating.
