If China decides to donate some aid to the USA to help during its Texas humanitarian crisis, then should the USA accept?
After all, doesn't a country like Haiti accept humanitarian aid from the USA during catastrophes such as an earthquake?

No. Its just a propaganda ploy. and half the worlds population live worse than texas right now.

Cuba offered medical aid to the USA after Katrina hit, but it was refused. Cuba actually is in many countries contributing to medical aid.

If you think China would donate aid to The United States, you have alot to learn about World History. Other than some of America's allies after Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, there have been very few, if any occasions when any country has donated aid to The United States.
There is no other country in the world as generous as The United States of America to any, and I mean ANY other country on Planet Earth.
