What are the odds of another civil war?

Not too good. The Russians and Chinese can read the writing on America’s billboard and it. Says “come and get us, we are divided, we are weak, we are sick, we are delusional and we want your assistance to destroy our democracy”.

Depends on who when and where you ask. You would more than likely get a variety of answers depending how the question was asked, if asking right after a unpopular piece legislation your yes answers would rise. If it was popular your no answers would rise.  But it would be interesting to get the mood of the country in my opinion.
