Here are the first six collections from familysearch.org, with number of records, sorted by how many records:
Germany, Württemberg, Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart, Catholic Church Records, 1520-1975 - 48
Germany, Baden, Archdiocese of Freiburg im Breisgau, Catholic Church Records, 1678-1930 - 36
Germany, Rhineland, Diocese of Trier, Catholic Church Records, 1704-1957- 23
United States, GenealogyBank Historical Newspaper Obituaries, 1815-2011 - 23
Germany Births and Baptisms, 1558-1898 - 21
England Births and Christenings, 1538-1975 - 11
So, I'd guess it was German, mostly.
