Here in Britain we used to love the Scottish. ?

Scottish are Brits yes, except they have difficult to understand accents, and Scotland does have a problem with alcoholism, junkies and violence.

Scotland "are" Brits.

Breton was the capital of strathclyde in the 5th and 6th Century.

Bretons spread South after the Romans left.

They did not spread North.

Many Scots that cry about how Engloand invaded and conquered Scotland need to review their understanding of history.

Their belief stems from one little period aired on Braveheart, and even that was just an extension of the 100 years war, which England actually lost.

Does this have anything to do with football? The Scots seem a decent bunch, they're great to have down here for the Six Nations.

In the north east of England, i think we have more in common with the jocks than the cockneys. Actually I'd say that's true for most of northern England. While I'm against scottish independence, i would be for it if they also took the north east and Cumbria at very least.

Scotland is part of the British. You can be in India and still be in Britain
