What/who gets you out of bed in the morning?

Blue Jays screaming outside the window for peanuts.  😊

The alarm goes off, and then the dogs wake up.  They need to go outside, so that gets me up to let them out. 

Used to be my drill sergeant.

I get up to pee, that wakes up the animals and they all want to be fed.  The dogs also want to go out and pee, the cat gets up on the kitchen counter and purrs at me til I feed him, the parrot starts screeching to get let out of her cage.  Then the dogs come back in and start barking for breakfast.

That is the start to my day!

The gorgeous Italian pianist I have been sleeping besiden for almost 50 years. And it works in both directions . . .mmmmmm . . .

Cute pets!! I can see why they get you up. I wish I were a morning person... my alarm reminding me I have a job is usually what gets me up, and the promise of coffee. On weekends when I don't have to get up as early, reading a good book, going for a walk, or knowing I have a day I can fill with anything I like is what gets me out of bed. 

I just wake up and get up. But if I do sleep in past 8:30 am, the cats start crawling on me and I can hear the dog whining downstairs.
