But I bet he'd only pretend to have covid-19, to hide what was really wrong with him. 

Like another heart attack. Or maybe they tried to surgically remove his head from his butt ?  But it didn't work, he came back with his head, still up his butt.

Can't say . his a case was If real like the real ones . You never know you had it .

He was tested and his little trip was precautionary . He might of been immune .

He got to claim he's cured and immune now and superman and a bull heath wise .

He most likely did. In his narrative, catching it is already a sign of weakness.

Now, all we have to look for is that he catches it again, as it has been shown that some people got it a second time, merely 5 weeks after recovering from the first.

judging by the timing of his illness i'd say he got the vacine  in sept 2019 when he first released the virus to the chinese students in italy who were on their way home to wuhan  . he was faking it right before the election to pretend the virus was no big thing . 

I can't imagine any reason why he would fake it. but he does seem to be suffering long term breathing difficulty and is not being honest about that.

Oh, 100% Trump had it.  Trump did NOT want to get it.  It was absolutely contrary to his message that covid wasn't a problem, it damaged his electoral chances, and took him off the campaign at a critical point.  Trump had everything to lose and nothing to gain from it.  Why would he invent such a story?

All the "little" people take a helicopter to the hospital, get treated by a dozen Doctors, and get experimental drugs.
