Since blacks commit more crime by percentage of population, why is it not understandable why more get shot?

Now that government and authorities are in question, so should be data.

Do WE know that blacks commit more crime, or are the more likely to be arrested and charged with crime.

It is easy to say since they are convicted by juries more that they Do More. But if the Whites are not caught, or not arrested, or not convicted who is to know.

Statistically law enforcement is an equal opportunity shooter. The white interactions and shooting compared with the black interaction and shooting its actually nearly equal. The thing that is not equal is the number of total interactions. Blacks have excessive interactions with law enforcement which drives all the numbers up that relate to the interaction. Now we can claim there is some Nazi KKK control over law enforcement driving an unsubstantiated systematic racism even when law enforcement is 50% minority, thats an option. Or we can look social, economic and cultural differences that create this. 

Perhaps we should look at the Democratic plantation if we would like to explore systematic issues? 

They shoot at each other. That's the culture.

Blacks don't have a culture so it can't be a culture issue.
