The biggest single issue you have is using voting machines. Once you include electronics you suddenly have no idea what is happening inside the box.

Live on CNN we saw in the Bevin/Beshear contest that suddenly Beshear's vote increased by 560 votes when the screen updated but Bevin's went down by 560!

They use computers to sway batches of votes periodically to keep their candidate in the lead.

The frame below appeared for a fraction of a second. The numbers in the gold box were live and they originally matched the CNN banner at the bottom of the picture. Then they updated and Bevin lost votes.

Luckily, CNN managed to change the view almost immediately so hardly anyone noticed!

Keep dreaming. The recount is not going to reverse what the AP and news media already confirmed.
