Should there be a test people take to be able to vote?

In the U.S. it is unconstitutional.

They really need to test those who want to post on Yahoo answers for all the lame questions. But, I don't think so many will agree to test at an election. This is the only election that will be in high demand. After 2024 it won't matter because no one right now could be considered a potential candidate.

Perhaps an intelligence test.  At least that would eliminate these guys.

If women can't vote, Trump will win. Right now Trump is 51% vs Biden 43% among men (all races).

If people were required to take a citizenship test and pass it in order to vote, Trump would not be president and there would be no GOP.
