What was the purpose in Trump saying he wouldn't support any COVID relief bill?

He's holding the bill ransom.  After he gets re-elected, he says, he'll talk about it.  If he doesn't get re-elected we have to wait until Biden takes office in January, and that's only if Trump isn't successful in challenging the election.

A lot of people think it was the stupidest thing he's ever done.  And it's very possible his judgement has been clouded by the COVID.

He is too stupid to be president.

The AntiChrist doesn't use rationale.   He has one purpose,

to conquer and rule PERIOD. 

He is trying to punish states and people that are not supporting him.
