L.F. is right. You can also use the technique she mentioned for other things. One example I can think of that I see here that's incorrect is using "us" when it should be "we". People seemed confused about this, such as when they write "us Americans are going to vote November 3". Take out the adjective (Americans) and you'd have "us are going to vote...". It should be obvious that it's wrong, and "we" is correct.

    None of those are correct.

First: you have a QUESTION (it seems, from the question mark) and so the sentence needs to be in "question order".

A trick to help you do this is to rewrite the question as a statement.

    - You keep Joe and me informed about any changes.

Then add a "question word" and change the word order.

    - Will you keep Joe and me informed about any changes?

***If you mean for it to be an imperative rather than a question*** then it is written:

    - Keep Joe and me informed about any changes!

Now...why did I use "Joe and me"?

Of course "Joe" needs to be capitalized because it is a proper noun.

Whenever you mention others and yourself in a list, the pronoun referring to yourself comes last.

How does this sentence structure work? Let's look at the statement again.

    - You keep Joe and I informed about any changes.

    Subject - You

    Verb - keep

direct object - Joe and me

You can tell this is correct

(if you are familiar with English)

because you can use the objective pronoun "us" and it will sound correct

but if you use the subjective pronoun "we" it sounds all wrong.

    - You keep us informed about any changes. [Sounds correct]

    - You keep we informed about any changes. [Sounds wrong!]

SO: "Joe and I" needs to be objective, which means we have to use objective "me" instead of subjective "I".

"Keep Joe and me informed about any changes." You take the first person out of the sentence in order to test the correct way to say it: "keep me informed". And it's grammar, not grammer.
