How come younger generations are not as much against drugs like pot and acid compared to older generations?

Actually, older generations are not much different but the visibility you have of older people in the media is mostly people who are conservative or keen not to say anything that gets them attacked. Young people drink less than the older generations.

Younger generations are liberal and tolerant - they want a future, but they aren't in charge. Older generations are in charge and they are rigid and intolerant - the future scares them - they want more of what they already know - the past...... and if you're stuck in the past, the future is not going to wait

Moral decline, have you not noticed everything is getting worse and worse? Younger kids than pot smoking teenagers have toys based around faeces nowadays.
