Watch all of the movies that were made by the late Satoshi Kon. All of them were really good, and "unusual" from the normal anime stories, like Millenium Actress, Perfect Blue, Tokyo Godfathers, and Paprika.

Or if you want something unique, watch Planet With, which was an anime from Satoshi Mizukami: https://myanimelist.net/anime/37578

Could you define what you mean by stereotypical. What is common in one genre may be very rare in another. Admittedly, pretty much all anime are bound to have at least one of the tropes you mentioned. If you want to avoid them, you may have to stick to movies. I recommend anything by Studio Ghibli, Makoto Shinkai, or Mamoru Hosoda.

There are a few series that I don't think have any of those tropes, but they're almost all in the horror or dark fantasy category, so it really depends on if you like those kinds of shows or not.

Made in Abyss doesn't have any of the tropes you mentioned, but it is really dark, so watch at your own risk.

Same goes for The Promised Neverland, but it is, again, really dark.

In all honesty, I wouldn't judge an anime by how many tropes it has, Fruits Basket, and Inuyasha, for instance, are two shows that do just about everything you mentioned, but they remain among the most popular shows to this day for simply being so good.

In any case, I hope you find what you're looking for!
