Other than Hawkgirl, what fictional DC Comics women (superheroine or civilian) would identify as our conservative, Republican?

Either Granny Goodness or one of Darkseid's Furies. Darkseid is a far right conservative while New Genesis, Scott Free, Barda,  Orion and the rest are all far left hippies.

Sally Jupiter/ Silk Specter I in the original Watchmen mini-series... although they retconned her into something else in the reboots.

Hawkgirl wouldn't.  She's a lesbian and dating Vixen.

To clarify, when I said Hawkwoman in a previous question, I never said she herself is a conservative. I only said she is often with the conservative leaning Hawkman.

For all I know, she may be liberal minded.

And apparently a previous question was deleted, where I answered that Kate Kane/Batwoman was conservative. But I'm guessing that because Kane is gay, that answer is unwanted.

Captain Marvel, Lois Lane..............all of them would be.
