YEs! Pick Michele Obama, who has Less management experience experience than her husband has. 

And of course the Republicans are NOT "desperate to retain power."  Last time I checked, that was one of the main goals of both parties and both candidates.  Otherwise why would they be running for office?

As far as his being "desperate to seize power", as terrible as many people think that Trump is, why would they NOT be desperate to get him out of office.  they have been trying to do that for 3 1/2 years.

Will he pick Michelle Obama?  You are assuming that Michelle Obama wants to be picked.  Not every first lady has been happy in the White House.  Look at Turmp's wife, or all the issue that the Kennedys had.  Or Barbara Bush having to go into treatment for alcohol because of the pressure of being first lady.  Odds are that if Michelle wanted the office she would have have run for President.  The party would have given her the nomination hands down (like they did with Hillary Clinton).  And she probably would have had a good chance of getting elected.  But she has not run for the office.

Biden is under no obligation to tell trump who his running mate is until November.
