Selling a house. Market advice?

I live in Perth but have a large house in Noarlunga, SA. Im thinking of selling it now but my agent is advising to sell it end of September but Im worried the housing market will drop by September. What do you think the Adelaide market is doing. Should I sell now or wait till the warmer weather comes in and the COVID-19 is in the past.

Ignore Grubbie. You need to do some research yourself. How many houses are listed and how many sold this month. What are the latest sold prices. Just listing at your dream price is silly of course.

I have no idea, I'm bad at this game.

I have put mine on the market now, waiting to get the best price.

Then with money in the bank I'll be ready to grab a bargain, hopefully.

I do think prices will fall, I doubt they are going to jump up in a hurry.

Selling in Maroochydore & buying in Hervey Bay.

Old timer is pretty much on the money, I'd list it at top dollar, if you sell you got top dollar. If not you'll know what people believe it's worth and can go from there.

Well SA is open for business, there's been no new cases there for weeks.

When i was selling a house i was also told to wait for warmer weather but when i wanted to buy a house i couldn't care less if it was the middle of winter, if you see a house you want than you will but it.

why not put it up for sale now at the price you want and see what happens, it's only 7 weeks or so to September anyhow.
