What President routinely used the “N” word? And called the civil rights legislation the “N” word bills?

And what President said, “When I appoint an “N” word to the court, I want everyone to know he’s a “N” word. And what President was reported to have said, but not confirmed, “I’ll have those “N” words voting democrat for the next 200 years?

If it really is true, then a wild guess would be Harry Truman and Lyndon Johnson, respectively.
