People who live there call it Tronno. Everyone else calls it Toronto. If you're a local, it's two syllables and the second T is silent.

Correct way to say it is Toronto.
Often the t gets left out so it sounds more like Torono.

Correct pronunciation is Tor-AWN-toh
But, especially to locals, the drawn out enunciation is shortened to sound more like To-rah-no or even To-ra-na
