I'm not going to vote in this election season, and I'm going to complain about who wins the presidency. What do you people think about that?

There is no point in voting. America is a dictatorship. Every vote is worth a different amount due to the electoral college. In a presidential election, a Wyoming vote is worth six California votes. Voting in America is an election for stupid people. Your vote doesn't count. They just let you vote so you will be stupid and think it matters.

I think you should consider self immolation. Perhaps your parents can abort you retroactively. Thanks for asking.

You have every right to complain. Abstaining from voting is just as much a right as the right to vote.

Dem loves to hear from you, even you don't vote for them. They are just a loser.

I declared, long ago, that if Biden was the Democrat candidate I wouldn't vote. I was so happy when he seemed to be bombing . . . and now I'm flummoxed.

The pressure to vote is too absolute, BUT if you participate by engaging in open conversation (sometimes called: complaining) I would propose that as a variable of: civic engagement.

This can be done online (and a proviso: I don't consider y/a politics to be a very serious or thoughtful forum) or face-to-face. The concept of a secret ballot, and that Americans generally avoid the subject of politics (in everyday conversation) points to the dearth of day-to-day civic engagement.  

When you don't vote for who you want, you're automatically voting for someone who you DON'T want.
