Mouth ulcer, herpes or cheek biting?
Do you guys know what this thing inside my mouth is? It’s slightly inconvenient and painful

Looks like a canker sore to me. Herpes doesn't typically occur on the inside of the mouth, herpes also comes with itching, burning and or tingling symptoms.
Get it checked out by a doctor to be sure.
